Applications are open for the Eco-Leaders Training Program 2026 (6th Cohort).

The Earth Society, with support from the British High Commission, is inviting applications for the Eco-Leaders Training Program 2026. This initiative is designed to support youth-led groups working on climate action, environmental sustainability, and green innovation at the community level.

The program offers a three-day intensive training focused on climate leadership, sustainable development, and project design. Participants will develop practical solutions to local environmental challenges and compete for seed funding and mentorship support.

• 23–25 February 2026

What the Program Offers

Participants will receive training in:

• Climate change and just transition principles

• Renewable energy and sustainable development concepts

• Leadership development and project management skills

• Designing community-based green business and climate action projects

On the final day, teams will develop project proposals addressing issues such as pollution reduction, circular economy initiatives, smart agriculture, renewable energy adoption, and local climate action strategies. Selected projects will receive seed funding and mentorship based on innovation, feasibility, and community impact.

• A travel allowance will be provided in line with project policy

• Women, indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, and individuals from climate-vulnerable communities are strongly encouraged to apply
