The Gratitude Network Fellowship Program, which offers tools and procedures for increasing the organization's impact while enhancing leaders' confidence and capacities, is currently accepting applications.Applications are now being accepted for the Gratitude Network Fellowship Program, which provides methods and resources to augment leaders' abilities and confidence while amplifying the organization's influence.

The Program Structure for the upcoming 12 months (July 2024-June 2025) entails a 10-hour monthly time commitment, featuring monthly virtual sessions and a diverse cohort of 35-40 Fellows from around the globe.

They hasten the rise of social entrepreneurs with significant influence who strive to better the lives of children and young people in three main domains: education, health and wellbeing, and children's rights.

Gratitude Fellows support social impact leaders and their nonprofit organizations serving under-resourced, under-represented, and underserved children and youth globally, focusing on leadership development, capacity building, and strategic planning.

Program Benefits

The benefits of the program extend to both leaders and organizations, as leaders learn to plan, track, and achieve goals while developing effective team management and delegation skills, fostering connections and learning opportunities with other nonprofit leaders. For organizations, the program leads to an aligned leadership team, a clear expansion vision in line with organizational goals, and the development of a multi-year strategic plan. Ultimately, the impact for beneficiaries includes a positive change in impact trajectory and an increase in the number of children and youth reached.

Eligibility Criteria

- The Gratitude Network Fellowship Program is open to leaders and organizations, requiring a legally registered non-profit, charity, or NGO, at least two years old, two full-time employees, primarily children/youth, and readiness for scaling.
- The applicant/leader is a strategic decision-maker with full-time commitment, ready to scale and expand impact, and adheres to the Gratitude Network Fellowship Program schedule.
