This initiative provides a unique opportunity to swiftly integrate talented individuals into crucial roles at MTN. The program encompasses formal development through the MTN Academy and practical experience through full employment in strategically aligned positions. It includes modules at MTN's regional learning centers in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa, featuring diverse learning experiences such as immersive activities, digital channels, and social media connections. Requirements include being under 27 years old, meeting work rights qualifications or study program requirements (65%), and obtaining a Bachelor's Degree by March 30, 2024. The program spans 25 months of full-time work. Key offerings include community development, international exchange opportunities, mentorship, and structured personal development and training.
