Applications are open for the second cohort of the Harriet Tubman Fellowship, a unique leadership and education initiative designed to empower survivors of labor trafficking who are actively creating change within their communities.

Inspired by the legacy of freedom fighter Harriet Tubman, the fellowship seeks to support survivor leaders through education, advocacy training, mentorship, and long-term professional development. The program recognizes survivors not only as beneficiaries of support but as powerful agents of social transformation and policy change.

About the Fellowship

The Harriet Tubman Fellowship is a two-year program aimed at strengthening leadership among individuals with lived experience of labor trafficking. Selected fellows will gain access to funded education opportunities alongside advocacy training designed to amplify survivor voices in national and global conversations on human rights and labor justice.

Participants will join a growing network of survivor advocates working toward stronger protections, improved policies, and increased awareness around trafficking and exploitation.
