FUNDING : Apply for The Lighthouse Fund: Bridging the Gap Between Climate Change and Public Health
In collaboration with various stakeholders, AVPN is addressing the financing and ecosystem gap between climate change and public health. Through an open call for applications, they aim to select a diverse range of non-profit organisations and social enterprises working on innovative solutions to tackle climate and health challenges in Asia.

Impact Areas
The focus is on supporting innovative solutions that mitigate the impact of climate change on public health. Organisations working in the following areas within the climate-health nexus are encouraged to apply:
- Surveillance and management of climate-sensitive infectious diseases (CSID).
- Innovations aimed at reducing heat stress and enhancing product stability.
Support Offered
Organisations selected for the Lighthouse Fund will receive a variety of support, including:
- Funding
- Capacity building
- Tailored training and mentorship
- Networking opportunities
This initiative is designed to support the development of sustainable solutions that address urgent climate and health challenges.

Additional Information
Have a clear and scalable plan with potential for impact and feasibility.
Provide audited financial reports for the last two years.
Joint applications are accepted, but there must be one primary applicant.
Ineligible organisations include religious groups, politically affiliated entities, and those listed on US/EU sanctions lists or blacklisted by UN or other international bodies.
