Applications are open for the She Wins Climate South Asia Accelerator, a nine-month equity-free program that supports women-led climate-tech startups from across South Asia. The program is designed to provide tailored business support, mentorship, investor access, brand building, and opportunities to strengthen visibility and impact. It focuses on accelerating women founders who are addressing pressing climate challenges through innovative solutions. Successful applicants will take part in a rich mix of learning, networking, and capacity-building activities between November 2025 and July 2026.

Program Benefits

Selected participants will benefit from tailored business support, deep-dive virtual sessions on strategy, product-market fit, investor readiness, and pitching. They will also receive one-on-one mentorship with global experts, access to investors through demo days and matchmaking, as well as storytelling and brand-building support to improve visibility. The program fosters peer learning and networking through community engagements and equips founders with tools to measure and communicate their climate and social impact. The accelerator is equity-free and does not provide direct funding but connects startups with investors and growth opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be women founders or leaders of climate-tech startups, either majority women-owned (more than 51%) or women-led (with at least 30% board representation or women in key leadership roles). Early-stage startups may apply without legal registration but must formalize if selected, while mature-stage startups must already be legally registered for at least one year. Eligible ventures should be in the early or growth stages, ranging from proof of concept and MVPs to market launch and stable revenues. Basic proficiency in English is required, as sessions and communication are conducted in English.
