Funding between (EUR 100.000 and EUR 200.000) Submit proposals for the Capacity Building in the Field of Sport

Proposals for supporting lifelong learning in education, training, youth, and sport in Europe and beyond are being accepted by the European Commission (EC). This will help to foster social cohesion, quality jobs, sustainable growth, innovation, and active citizenship by fostering individuals' educational, professional, and personal development.

With its underlying sectoral goals, the Program will support the implementation of the European strategy cooperation in the field of education and training, serving as a crucial tool in the establishment of the European Education Area.

Particular Goals

The Program's specific objectives are as follows: to encourage learning mobility for individuals and groups; to encourage non-formal and informal learning mobility and active participation among youth; to encourage cooperation, quality, inclusion, creativity, and innovation at the level of organizations and policies in the field of youth; to encourage learning mobility for sport staff; and to encourage cooperation, quality, inclusion, creativity, and innovation at the level of sport organization

The Erasmus+ Program focuses on promoting equal opportunities, access, inclusion, diversity, and fairness in all its actions. It aims to support digital transformation by developing a high-performing digital education ecosystem and implementing digital transformation plans for educational institutions.

The program also focuses on climate action and sustainable development within the European Union. It increases mobility opportunities in green forward-looking domains, fostering competence development and career prospects. The programme also aims to promote sustainable transport modes and environmentally responsible behavior. It also addresses citizens' limited participation in democratic processes and lack of knowledge about the European Union.

The program supports active citizenship, ethics, social and intercultural competences, critical thinking, and media literacy. Priority is given to projects that offer opportunities for democratic life and civic engagement through formal or non-formal learning activities. The focus is on raising awareness of the European Union context, common values, principles of unity and diversity, and its social, cultural, and historical heritage.
