Apply to Join the Youth Sounding Board in Ghana

A unique opportunity awaits 20 passionate young Ghanaians who want to make a meaningful impact. The Youth Sounding Board (YSB) is calling for applications from individuals aged 18 to 32 to join its first cohort, starting in March 2025. This initiative aims to amplify the voices of youth, offering them a platform to actively shape discussions, policies, and programs related to young people in Ghana.

As a member of the YSB, you will collaborate with the European Union Delegation to Ghana and the Embassy of the Netherlands, contributing your insights to the design and monitoring of programs and policy drafting processes. This forum will serve as a vibrant space for innovation and collaboration, where diverse perspectives are welcomed to influence positive change.

By joining the Youth Sounding Board, you’ll have the chance to engage in critical dialogues about issues affecting young people and share creative ideas that can shape the future of policy-making and project implementation in Ghana. This platform empowers you to directly contribute to initiatives led by the EU and the Netherlands, while also exchanging ideas with other young changemakers.

Members will be selected for a two-year term, creating an environment that fosters continuity and long-term impact. Through this program, you can strengthen youth representation in key decision-making processes, influence policies that drive real change, and leave a lasting imprint on efforts that benefit both Ghanaian society and international partnerships.
