GRANTS : Check out the 2024-2025 Frontline Community Centre Youth Micro-Grants Program
The Canada Service Corps funds the Youth Micro-Grants Program, which gives young people between the ages of 15 and 30 the chance to plan and carry out a community-beneficial volunteer activity.
Volunteers are required to run the initiative with the intention of serving the community. Youth people and/or groups will have the opportunity to start their preferred initiative with a micro-grant of up to $2000 through this program.
Youth will be required to apply for and submit project proposals, create a project, take part in seminars that develop skills, confer with a project adviser, and receive additional help as needed during the nine-month program.
Project ideas, which can be submitted at any time during the nine-month program, will be the basis on which grants are given out. However, it is strongly advised that all interested applicants submit a proposal by the first deadline in order to obtain the maximum amount of help and to be able to take part in the workshops.
