The Climate Reality Project, a global nonprofit organization founded by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, is seeking an International Regional Organizer to support its international climate action network. The organization works to accelerate climate solutions by mobilizing people, strengthening advocacy, and supporting policy and community-based climate initiatives worldwide.

The selected candidate will support several international branches, helping to strengthen communication systems, enhance program delivery, and deepen engagement with Climate Reality Leaders across regions. The role also involves coordinating with global partners, supporting regional campaigns, and ensuring strong collaboration between headquarters and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

The International Regional Organizer will:

• Coordinate and support multiple international branches and their climate programs

• Strengthen communication and collaboration across global teams

• Assist with grant coordination, program reporting, and impact measurement

• Support regional events, trainings, and digital engagement activities

• Collect and share regional climate impact stories for global campaigns

• Collaborate on international climate policy and advocacy initiatives

• Conduct research on global climate trends and support organizational learning

• Represent the global field team in projects and cross-departmental initiative
