Performance planning, learning and development conversations, and a thorough orientation package are all part of the internship.

Fleet Management Support Service (FMSS) Intern (831709)

A dynamic FMSS Intern is being sought to join the UAE's Fleet Management Support Service (FMSS) team in Dubai for six months. The intern will be under the leadership of the Head of FMSS and the MSDF Officer within the Fleet Centre of the Management Services Division. The role includes generating user profiles, guiding FMS user requests, managing driver/staff records, conducting data cleansing, updating VTS master data records, and supporting the Fleet Optimization team. The intern must be enrolled in a recognized university program, preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Technology.

HR Intern, Internal Support Unit, Dubai, UAE

A dynamic HR Intern is being sought for a six-month internship in Dubai, UAE. The intern will be under the leadership of the Head of ISU and supervised by a Senior HR Associate. The internship will include close mentoring, performance planning, learning and development discussions, a comprehensive induction package, and support for Talent Management Initiatives.

The intern will also assist in content development, administration, and data collection on various HR topics.

Logistics Intern, UNHRD - Dubai

A Logistics Intern is being sought for a 6-month internship in Dubai, UAE, starting in June 2024. The intern will work under the Hub Manager and Unit Head of Logistics, gaining close mentoring, guidance, and technical supervision. The internship will include preparing logistics documentation, assisting in tendering, liaising with freight forwarders, following up on requests with local authorities, monitoring food shelf life, and preparing a concept note for innovative Supply Chain Projects.

Procurement Intern, Procurement - Dubai

A dynamic Procurement Intern is being sought for a six-month internship in Dubai, UAE. The intern will work under the Domain Manager and Category Manager, benefiting from close mentoring, guidance, and technical supervision. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing procurement documents, evaluating supplier proposals, contract management, participating in procurement meetings, and contributing to procurement databases.

The intern will also prepare a concept note for innovative procurement projects, and will report to the Procurement Officer. Performance will be evaluated based on completed tasks, initiative, and overall contribution to the procurement team.

Vendor Management Intern, Vendor Management - Dubai

A dynamic intern is being sought to join a startup-like team in Dubai, UAE, for 6 months. The intern will be under the leadership of the Global Operational Support Centre and Vendor Management Focal Point. The role involves market research, supplier communication, documentation management, and report generation.

The intern will also prepare a concept note for innovative Vendor Management Projects that leverage UAE's technology, AI, digitization, and humanitarian needs. The internship is expected to start in June 2024.
