Applications are open for consultants to support climate technology and mitigation efforts in Georgia. The UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre is seeking three experienced Climate Change Mitigation Experts to contribute to sector-specific technical work aimed at strengthening national climate action frameworks.

About the Assignment

Selected consultants will play a central role in strengthening Georgia’s capacity to implement its updated Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0), mobilize climate finance, and enhance preparedness for cooperative mechanisms under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. The work will focus on bridging gaps in technology assessment, sectoral analysis, and actionable policy recommendations.
