Consultancy Key Deliverables:

- Strategy Documents: Produce narrative strategy documents, including a theory of change and MLE framework, with up to four versions (initial draft for ISC, revisions for workshop, and final versions for ISC approval).

All documents will be in Word format, with the GFAN team handling the final design.

- ISC Engagement: Collaborate with the ISC to finalize discussions on three key substantive issues.
- Survey and Interviews: Conduct approximately 10-15 key informant interviews and a broader survey for 100-150 participants, followed by analysis.
- Workshop Facilitation: Provide a draft narrative at least one week before the GFAN Annual Meeting, prepare guiding questions and an agenda, and facilitate the workshop with 18-25 attendees.

Deadline for Application: Application closes September 10th but encourage applicants to be early. If/as needed interviews week of September 16th and 23rd for finalization by September 30th
