PAID FELLOWSHIP : Apply for the Climate Cardinals Global Fellowship 2026–2027 for Young Climate Leaders
Applications are now open for the Climate Cardinals Fellowship Program 2026–2027, a paid global leadership programme designed to equip young people with the skills, experience, and networks needed to lead impactful climate solutions.
The fellowship is organized by Climate Cardinals, one of the world’s largest youth-led climate education organizations, with a global community of more than 19,000 volunteers across 145 countries. The programme supports emerging climate leaders by combining structured learning, mentorship, expert workshops, and hands-on project leadership experience.
Selected fellows will participate in a year-long programme focused on developing practical skills in climate action, project management, digital strategy, fundraising, movement building, and social impact leadership while working with one of Climate Cardinals’ core teams.

Programme Experience

About Climate Cardinals
Climate Cardinals is a youth-led climate education organization working to make climate information more accessible worldwide. Through translation, education, leadership development, and community engagement, the organization empowers young people to take meaningful action on climate change.
The fellowship builds on Climate Cardinals’ mission of creating more inclusive pathways for young leaders by providing training, mentorship, financial support, and opportunities to implement real-world projects.
