PAID FELLOWSHIP: Apply for these paid Strengthening civil societies fellowships 2024? (Up to 600 euros per month)

Through the CCP Fellowships, the CrossCulture Programme (CCP) supports approximately 60 dedicated professionals and volunteers from more than 40 countries annually. These individuals engage in work-related stays lasting two to three months at host organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries. This unique experience allows participants to deepen their expertise, establish valuable connections, and develop essential intercultural skills.

The CCP Fellows, in turn, bring their expertise, regional knowledge, and networks to benefit the host organizations. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to attend intercultural workshops, networking events, and professional gatherings organized by the CCP.

In 2024, fellowships will primarily be offered as on-site fellowships. However, depending on funding from the German Federal Foreign Office and considering individual circumstances and COVID-19 entry requirements, participants may have the option to participate digitally as well.

Upon returning to their regular work environments, participants share the knowledge and experiences they've gained during their fellowship, enriching their home organizations.

The CCP Fellowships primarily target individuals working within the following fields:
- Policy and society
- Media and culture
- Human rights and peace
- Sustainable development and climate justice

In 2024, there will be an added focus on the following key topics:

An exclusionary criterion for application is that students are not eligible to participate in the program.
