Are you a university graduate looking to gain professional experience in a multicultural environment? The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) offers long-term traineeships twice a year, providing you with the opportunity to enhance your career while learning about the EESC's roles and activities.

The EESC produces between 160 and 190 opinions and information reports annually. Of these, 70% are referrals from the Council, the European Commission, and the European Parliament. 21% are opinions and reports initiated by the EESC itself, while 9% are exploratory opinions typically requested by the country holding the EU Presidency.

Additionally, the EESC hosts a variety of annual events and initiatives centered around civil society and citizen engagement, including the Civil Society Prize, Civil Society Days, the Your Europe, Your Say youth plenary, and the European Citizens' Initiative (ECI) Day.

• Traineeship Duration: 5 months (from 16 February to 15 July or 16 September to 15 February each year)

• Monthly Grant: €1,476.34 (for the period from 16 February 2025 to 15 July 2025
