Executive Summary of the Project: UNOPS and other humanitarian organisations are the driving forces behind the Women Leadership Programme. Supporting senior leaders involved in UN agencies, national and international non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is one of the program's objectives. The initiative aims to increase women's leadership potential in the development and humanitarian sectors. This programme aims to improve women's leadership and management abilities so they can interact with different stakeholders in crisis situations and lead with courage and creativity.

The role of Accord Worldwide, Inc. is to provide our "Women's Leadership Programme" to energetic and skilled teachers who speak English, French, and Spanish. In addition to a strong commitment to elevating women in leadership roles in the development and humanitarian sectors, candidates should demonstrate a track record of facilitating blended learning experiences.

One of your responsibilities is to lead informative and inspiring workshops for the "Women's Leadership Programme."
- Modify materials and delivery strategies as necessary to accommodate participant needs and guarantee that learning goals are reached.
- Respect the training requirements set out by Accordemy®
- Give participants constructive criticism and encouragement to improve their learning results and experience.
