The Resilience Project is hiring in three different remote roles!

As the world grapples with the climate crisis, extreme weather, burnout, and isolation, The Resilience Project offers a beacon of hope.

This youth-led initiative supports young people, as well as changemakers in B-corporations and NGOs, to develop the skills and resilience needed to drive meaningful change. Their mission is to help individuals find their voice, connect with like-minded individuals, and tap into their collective power. They envision a future where compassion, kinship, and resilience are woven into the fabric of change-making communities, creating a culture of sustainable impact.

They are hiring for three key roles to join their team:

1. Finance & Funding Lead (£28,000-31,000, £35,000-38,750 FTE)
Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy to support our mission.
Start date: October 2024

Drive our branding and communications strategy to amplify our impact.
Start date: October 2024
Location: Remote (UK-based)

3. Youth Programmes Lead (East Africa) (£28,000-31,000, £35,000-38,750 FTE)
Design and deliver our programme for the East Africa region.
Start date: October 2024
Location: Remote (Africa-based, with preference for Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, or Uganda)
