The U.S. Embassy’s Fulbright Foreign Student Program is accepting applicants –  Funded to USA

With pleasure, the U.S. Embassy announces the commencement of the Fulbright Foreign Student Program, which will offer financial aid to students seeking to earn a master's degree from a recognized U.S. university beginning in the autumn of 2025.

Selection standards for the LTE training component participants.
Candidates for a Master's degree in their present field are required to be nominated. Those pursuing non-degree programmes, Ph.D., MBA, or law are not eligible for the LTE component.
To apply for LTE, candidates in the fields or sub-fields of linguistics, TEFL, and English must receive a minimum TOEFL score of 65.

Eligibility Criteria
The programme is open to Mali nationals and permanent residents with valid passports. They must hold a bachelor's degree from a US university and have studied there for at least four years. Thirteen years of primary and secondary education should be included in the three years of tertiary study. Proficiency in English is necessary, along with a strong sense of drive and dedication. It's not preferred to have recent US experience.
