Gen-Z for Change is a nonprofit organization led by Gen-Z organizers who harness the power of social media, technology, and creativity to educate, mobilize, and drive tangible change.

*Job Overview:*
We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with web experience to create high-quality visuals for our social media and web platforms. Working closely with our Creative Director and Head of Instagram and X Strategy, you'll develop engaging graphics, ensure brand consistency, and contribute to web design projects that enhance our online presence.

*Responsibilities:*

- Design 3-4 graphics weekly for Instagram and X, aligning with campaign goals and our mission
- Collaborate with the Head of Instagram and X Strategy to ensure consistent visuals across platforms
- Create user-friendly web interfaces and enhance website flow and functionality
- Provide innovative design solutions that resonate with Gen-Z audiences
- Respond to feedback and update designs accordingly
- Maintain a unified visual identity across web and social media platforms
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality work

*Qualifications:*

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Strong design skills, including color, typography, and layout
- Understanding of web design best practices and user experience design
- Creative and strategic thinking, with ability to adapt designs to campaign requirements
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills
- Commitment to using design for social justice initiatives

*Preferred Experience:*

- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with familiarity with Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of user experience design best practices
- Experience with JavaScript (familiarity an asset)
- Familiarity with Gen-Z design trends and social media aesthetics
