Concerning this role:
The office of the Director of Operations will get senior executive support from the Operations Assistant (OA) in carrying out the WGH Organisational Effectiveness and Annual Operational Plan. Important responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact and administrative liaison, keeping accurate and current records of HR and operational procedures, assisting in the creation and execution of operational guidelines and procedures, offering administrative support, organising meetings, logistics, and operations; efficiently archiving HR and operations data, information, and documents; and acting as a point of contact for both internal and external coordination.

Regarding Women's Health Worldwide: The international movement Women in Global Health (WGH) is headed by women and has a wide network. Its mission is to promote gender parity in health by challenging privilege and power. 2015 saw its founding by ardent supporters of gender parity and The co-founders of the movement established Women in Global Health, Inc. in 2017 as a means of providing resources and energy for the WGH movement. It is a charitable nonprofit organization registered under US law under the state of California's 501(c)(3) legislation. As intended, WGH is virtual. We employ people from all around the world as consultants and have no overhead because we don't have any offices.

With a significant presence in low- and middle-income nations, WGH has expanded to encompass over 55 chapters in 51 countries.
