The Aspire Leaders Program is open to first-generation college students and recent graduates from low-income families across the globe. This free online leadership development program fits easily into your schedule alongside other commitments. Applications for the first group of the 2025 program are available now, with a deadline of December 4, 2024, at 11:59 P.M. EST.

To qualify for the Aspire Leaders Program, you must be between 18 and 29 years old, come from a low-income background, and be a first-generation college student or recent graduate who is not currently enrolled in a graduate program. You also need to have an intermediate level of English. Once you meet these requirements and complete the 10-minute application, you will be accepted!

This program offers a free, online leadership journey for eligible first-generation students and graduates worldwide. It includes professional skills training, a special course designed by Harvard professors, and engaging seminars hosted by top educators. After completing the program, Aspire Institute continues to support alumni through funding opportunities, workshops, and access to a global network of peers and mentors to help them grow as leaders.
