Apply to join the UNICEF Young People’s Action Team (YPAT)
Do you have a strong desire as a young person to improve the East Asia and Pacific region? Do you wish to network with advocates from throughout the region, influence UNICEF initiatives, and express your opinions on social issues? If yes, you may be eligible to join the Young People's Action Team (YPAT) of UNICEF East Asia and Pacific!
Why Become a Member of YPAT?
In order to give young people's voices more weight in UNICEF's regional programs, the Young People's Action Team (YPAT) was founded. This program makes sure that young people's opinions are not only heard but also actively involved in directing and carrying out UNICEF's initiatives. Through regional and international conferences, cooperative networks, and development and mentoring opportunities, YPAT members can enhance their leadership abilities.
YPAT members will address pressing regional issues like child rights, health, nutrition, skills development, violence against children, civic engagement, environment, mental health, disaster risk reduction, gender equality, early childhood development, and parental support.
