It is an initiative by One Young World, supported by Virgin Unite, designed to empower rising leaders to tackle global challenges through systems thinking and collective action.

Opportunity Overview:
The NewNow is looking for 10 impactful young leaders (aged 18-30) who have demonstrated leadership through initiatives that address global issues such as inequality, climate change, women’s rights, and education. These leaders should have a proven track record of creating long-term, sustainable impact and a passion for justice, fairness, and equity.

What They Are Looking For:
- Impactful Leaders from the Global South: They must be passionate advocates for equity and sustainability.
- Demonstrated Leadership & Systems Thinking: Candidates should have a track record of creating change using a systems-thinking approach, focusing on the interconnectedness of social, environmental, and economic issues.
- Commitment to Collaboration: NewNow leaders must be willing to share their knowledge and work together for collective action.
