This opportunity is specifically for young women leaders from Eastern and Southern Africa, as well as the Middle East, providing them with a platform to expand their leadership skills and make a meaningful impact in their communities.

The Fellowship is a 5-month program, with the first week held in-person and the remainder conducted virtually. Fellows are expected to commit at least 10 hours per month, including 2 hours per week for virtual sessions with trainers, and 2 hours per month for assignments, group activities, and readings. To support participation, internet packages will be provided.
