Early-career to senior researchers from ODA-qualified nations are eligible for this opportunity, which provides the option to work with colleagues worldwide to impact policy through solid research and evidence.

This initiative is part of the £337 million International Science Partnerships Fund, aimed at fostering global prosperity through science, research, and innovation. What the Programme Offers: Impactful Research: Contribute to evidence-based practices that inform policymaking and enhance decision-making processes; Collaboration Opportunities: Work with world-renowned researchers, policymakers, and practitioners; Financial Support: Up to £150,000 per award for a 12-month period.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications may take into account interventions across one or more of a range of mechanisms of change, such as awareness and attitudes, mutual understanding and agreement, communication and access to, interaction between policymakers and researchers, skills development, and/or structure and processes related to evidence-informed policymaking. This program will support grants in the following areas to further develop this body of evidence:

research on the practical application of evidence use theory and research.
Research or research-based initiatives aimed at improving knowledge systems and/or organisational transformation to facilitate the use of evidence in practice.
Enhancement of knowledge systems and/or organisational transformation to facilitate the application of evidence in practice.
