Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 cohort of the Atlantic Fellowship for Health Equity. This fellowship is designed to unite individuals from a wide array of sectors and professions that shape health outcomes and societal well-being. These sectors include, but are not limited to, the arts, legal field, business, academia, healthcare, public policy, media, journalism, social enterprises, research, housing, and healthcare services.

Participants will be chosen based on their proven dedication to addressing health equity issues and their demonstrated leadership potential. The fellowship aims to cultivate a global network of leaders with diverse expertise and perspectives, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and connections necessary to promote equitable health outcomes within their organizations and communities.

Ideal candidates for the fellowship are those who aspire to lead efforts to eliminate health disparities on a global scale. Applicants should be in the early or middle stages of their careers, actively engaged in health-related fields, and either occupying or showing potential for leadership roles. They should also value diverse viewpoints and enjoy working collaboratively in team settings.

Successful applicants will be expected to possess strong English-language proficiency and commit to attending in-person meetings throughout the year, requiring a total of four weeks. Fellows must also participate in an online learning program that includes biweekly virtual sessions, personalized coaching, peer mentorship, and collaborative learning exercises, amounting to 12 to 16 hours each month.

All educational components and travel costs related to the fellowship will be fully covered by the program.
