The Climate Career Bridge Fellowship is a special program created by the Climate Talent Initiative (CTI) to assist seasoned climate experts in their career transfer.

For those creating creative solutions that support a just energy transition, this fellowship offers networking opportunities, financial support, and coaching.

Scope of Work
Applicants must submit a detailed scope of work or intended outcome for the fellowship opportunity. The scope should:

• Outline the applicant’s previous experience in climate change, particularly related to the energy transition.
• Explain why the fellowship is a suitable opportunity at this stage in the applicant’s career, or how it fits into their career transition.
• Present the applicant’s vision for how they intend to utilize the fellowship.
• Specify clear outcomes expected during the fellowship period. Examples of potential outputs include:
  • Developing a concept for launching a new organization
  • Designing a project to be implemented by an existing organization
  • Conducting fieldwork or research on a key energy transition topic that leads to a publication or business plan
  • Other relevant deliverables (the above list is not exhaustive).
• Indicate the amount of funding required and provide a rationale for the requested amount, consistent with the “Stipend” section.
• The scope should be no longer than 3 pages.

Milestones
In collaboration with the CTI, the fellow will establish specific milestones or deliverables based on their scope of work. These milestones will ensure that the goals outlined in the scope of work stay on track and are achievable within the fellowship’s timeline.
