Be part of the Bayern Foundation Global Climate and Health Survey

The Global Climate and Health Survey seeks to pinpoint the health priorities related to climate change in the world’s most vulnerable regions. Although low- and middle-income countries contribute the least to the climate crisis, they are disproportionately affected by its impacts and are among the most at-risk.

Local health communities are closest to the challenges and are best positioned to identify the most urgent and evolving health threats that are worsened by the climate crisis. They can also highlight the key barriers that need to be addressed.

Health workers, scientists, innovators, policymakers, and humanitarian workers in low- and middle-income countries are on the frontlines of this crisis. Local insights are essential to identifying the needs and priorities that must be tackled.

The findings from this survey will be shared publicly and globally as a public resource. It will guide funding, research, and policy decisions and will directly contribute to a new climate and health funding initiative led by Grand Challenges Canada, the Science for Africa Foundation, and the Grand Challenges Network.
