The Water Youth Dialogue is a high-impact, 1.5-day global event that will bring together 50 young water advocates from around the world at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. Aligned with UNESCO’s dedication to water security and youth empowerment, the event aims to foster meaningful intergenerational conversations between young leaders and members of the UNESCO Water Family.

Participants will help shape the Operational Implementation Plan of UNESCO’s IHP-IX and co-develop actionable youth strategies for the 2026 UN Water Conference. With a strong emphasis on sustainable water management in the face of climate change, the dialogue will focus on innovation, knowledge exchange, and youth capacity building.
