FULLY FUNDED TO THE UNITED STATES: Apply for the Eisenhower Fellowships Gloval Programme 2026 for young professionals
The 2026 Eisenhower Fellowships Global Program is now accepting applications. Set to take place in the spring of 2026, this distinguished initiative will bring together an exceptional cohort of leaders and changemakers from around the world for a nearly six-week experience that blends both virtual engagement and in-person activities across the United States. Participants will have the opportunity to craft and develop a forward-thinking project, forge meaningful professional partnerships, and build impactful collaborations with American professionals, fellow participants, and members of the esteemed Eisenhower Fellowships network, which includes over 1,800 active members globally.
This fellowship typically attracts individuals who are between the ages of 32 and 45 and possess a high level of fluency in English. Ideal candidates should demonstrate the emotional and professional maturity required to fully benefit from this transformative experience and to serve as exemplary ambassadors of the fellowship. They are expected to leverage the program to significantly advance their leadership journey and long-term impact in their respective fields and communities.
To qualify, applicants must either hold citizenship or have been residing in the country they intend to represent for a minimum of five years. Those currently living in the United States are ineligible for the international fellowship tracks. In cases where a candidate does not live in or hold citizenship from a country where Eisenhower Fellowships is actively operating, their application must show evidence of work with a regional impact, supported by a recommendation from a current member of the EF global community.
Although the primary age range is 32 to 45 years, exceptional candidates outside of this range may still be considered if they meet the other qualifications with distinction. English proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement due to the intensive communication and collaboration involved in the program. Finally, successful applicants will need to secure authorization from their employer to take a leave of absence during the in-person part of the program and are expected to participate fully, with time off only granted in urgent personal or family situations.
