As a selected Youth Delegate, you will:

Influence regional policies by taking part in consultations, contributing to high-level UfM discussions, and playing a role in shaping forward-looking energy and climate strategies.

Gain hands-on knowledge through focused learning sessions covering climate negotiations, project planning, sustainable innovation, and persuasive communication.

Expand your professional circle by engaging with fellow youth, climate experts, and key stakeholders from the Euro-Mediterranean area.

Raise your profile by speaking at key gatherings such as the UfM Energy & Climate Business Forum and presenting at COP30's Mediterranean Pavilion.

Drive tangible outcomes by collaborating on regional initiatives and co-authoring materials that reflect youth-driven solutions for equitable energy transitions and climate adaptation.

Applicants must be between 20 and 30 years old when submitting their application.

Possess citizenship from one of the countries belonging to the UfM.

Have educational, work-related, or volunteer experience connected to climate issues, sustainable energy, or similar topics.

Show strong motivation, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to support cross-border collaboration and progress.

Be proficient in English, which will be the primary language used throughout the programme.
