The Conservative Environment Network (CEN), an independent forum for conservatives in the UK and globally who support net zero, nature restoration, and resource security, is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join its influential Climate and Clean Air Programme.

The appointed candidate will play a key role in supporting CEN’s parliamentary caucus and councillor network, championing conservative policy solutions to address air pollution and climate change. With the general election marking a pivotal moment for shaping clean air policy, this role presents a timely opportunity to influence centre-right environmental leadership.

The successful applicant will contribute to holding the new Labour government accountable for its centralised approach to air quality, while developing compelling, conservative-aligned clean air campaigns. They will also work to grow support for clean air initiatives within the wider conservative movement.

CEN’s international work focuses on empowering centre-right legislators worldwide to take ambitious action on climate change and supporting the growth of like-minded partner organisations across the globe.

The intern will assist the international team during a dynamic and fast-paced period, providing support in organising international delegations, expanding global outreach, and helping to establish and strengthen centre-right climate initiatives in other countries.
