Apply for the SAP Young Professionals Program 2025 for young East African and Ghanaian graduates
Applications are now open for the 2025 edition of the SAP Young Professionals Program targeting East Africa. This is a fully sponsored training initiative led by SAP’s Digital Skills Center, tailored specifically for fresh graduates. Spanning two months, the program aims to equip participants with industry-recognized certifications and essential soft skills to prepare them for roles as Associate Consultants within the SAP ecosystem.
The training is intended for individuals who are legally eligible to work in countries such as Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Ghana. It is ideally suited for those who are currently not employed or only engaged in part-time or temporary roles that do not align with their professional ambitions. Applicants should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in areas such as Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence. Preference will be given to recent graduates—within the past three years—who achieved strong academic performance, typically in the top 25% of their class.
Candidates must have a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in the SAP field, which may include regional or international travel. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential, as is the ability to commit to full-time training hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, for the entire duration of the program. The course is delivered remotely through live online sessions, so reliable internet access from home is a must.
Participants will gain foundational knowledge in SAP technologies, develop workplace-ready communication and professional skills, and work closely with SAP experts throughout the experience. Upon completion, they will receive globally recognized SAP certifications and be introduced to potential employment opportunities within SAP’s extensive network of clients and partners. However, it is important to note that although the program provides access to job openings, it does not guarantee employment.
