Applications are open for the Climate Youth Resilience Ambassadors 2026 

The Climate Youth Resilience has announced the launch of applications for its 2026 Ambassadors for Inner-Led Change programme. Designed for young leaders aged 18–35, this global initiative supports participants in strengthening personal resilience, embodied leadership, and collective action for climate and social justice.

The eight-month programme brings together a diverse international cohort committed to shaping a more just, inclusive, and regenerative world. Participants will engage in a structured yet reflective learning journey that blends leadership development, systems thinking, advocacy, and community-building.

Programme Timeline

  • Applications Open: March 4 – March 25

  • Shortlist Selection: March 26 – April 8

  • Interviews: From the week of April 13

  • Final Notifications: April 22

  • Programme Start: Week of April 27

The organisation notes that submissions generated using artificial intelligence tools will not be considered, as authentic voice and lived experience are central to the selection process.

Programme Structure

The curriculum is organised into five core modules:

  1. Courageous Leadership – Exploring values-based, embodied leadership practices

  2. Systems Change for Young People – Understanding and navigating complex global systems

  3. Advocacy Strategy – Designing impactful campaigns and influencing change

  4. Bridging & Belonging – Strengthening connection across cultures and communities

  5. Capstone & Graduation – Developing and presenting a final impact project

In addition to structured sessions, the programme intentionally incorporates moments of pause, reflection, and collective care, recognising wellbeing as foundational to sustainable activism.

At a time marked by global uncertainty, social fragmentation, and environmental crisis, Climate Youth Resilience emphasizes the importance of inner transformation alongside systemic change. The initiative seeks to cultivate a global network of young changemakers who lead with courage, compassion, and collective responsibility.

Through shared learning and cross-cultural exchange, ambassadors will contribute to building an interconnected community capable of responding creatively and collaboratively to the defining challenges of this generation.

Program Benefits
- The Climate Youth Resilience Ambassadors programme is delivered free of charge. In return, selected ambassadors are expected to demonstrate strong commitment and active participation throughout the programme period.

- Participants will dedicate approximately 3–5 hours per week, including live sessions, reflective exercises, and collaborative coursework. Each ambassador will also develop a capstone project proposal, which will be featured on the organisation’s website upon completion.
Eligibility Criteria
The opportunity is open to young people aged 18–35 from around the world who:

- Demonstrate leadership within their communities

- Are engaged in climate justice, social justice, or wellbeing initiatives

- Are eager to deepen their inner development alongside their external impact

- Value collaboration, integrity, and inclusive dialogue

The programme is currently delivered in English. While efforts are underway to expand language accessibility, translation services cannot yet be guaranteed.
