Applications are open for the Tehreek Internship Program running from September to December 2025. Tehreek is a vibrant media organization that focuses on amplifying Gen Z voices through reels, posts, and impactful storytelling that connects with today’s youth. More than just content creation, the initiative is about providing a platform where young people can learn, grow, and creatively share their perspectives.

The internship is designed to help students and recent graduates gain practical experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, and digital media. Alongside hands-on projects, participants will also engage in seminars, workshops, and speaker sessions that provide valuable insights into the media industry and its real-world applications. Roles are available for Graphic Designers, HR Members, Researchers, and Social Media Managers.

Eligibility is open to students and recent graduates with a passion for creativity, media, and youth-driven storytelling. The program requires a weekly commitment throughout the internship duration.

Selected interns will gain skills in graphic design and content creation, visual and digital storytelling, social media strategy, project management, public speaking, and research on Gen Z trends. They will also receive an internship completion certificate, with additional certificates and awards for leadership roles, hours contributed, and impactful projects. Recognition will be given for contributions to major collaborations, including work with government or community initiatives.

Interns will have the opportunity to attend seminars with media professionals, participate in interactive design and storytelling workshops, and take part in learning sessions focused on career growth and creativity. They will also build connections with like-minded peers, network with industry experts, and collaborate with external organizations and project partners.

The internship is based in Lahore and is conducted remotely. Those unable to join remotely may be accommodated online.
