Applications are now open for the new cohort of the Early Careers Foreign Policy Leadership Program, an opportunity designed for university students and recent graduates interested in foreign policy and global affairs.

The program will provide young professionals with firsthand knowledge of foreign policy while exploring how global events influence Uganda and the wider world. Participants will engage in discussions and learning sessions designed to strengthen their understanding of international affairs and foreign policy leadership.

Applicants should be university students or recent graduates aged between 22 and 27 with a demonstrated interest in foreign policy and global issues.

The program will begin on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, with sessions taking place from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EAT on the following dates:

Wednesday, October 14, 2026
Wednesday, October 21, 2026
Wednesday, October 28, 2026
Tuesday, November 3, 2026

Participants will be responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation to attend the program.
