The programme targets both established and up-and-coming leaders, with a focus on strengthening their abilities in strategic thinking, managing people and resources, and refining core leadership skills.

This leadership initiative is designed to enhance participants' strategic thinking, refine their communication abilities, strengthen their capacity to lead change, and provide practical tools for managing the demands of leadership alongside personal life.

A key feature of the programme is the Women’s Leadership Forum—a one-day gathering that convenes senior and emerging leaders from Tanzania to share insights and proven strategies for advancing women's participation in leadership roles.

The core training unfolds over six consecutive days, covering areas such as personal leadership growth, professional image and branding, strategic decision-making, and executive-level financial analysis. Participants also receive tailored support through coaching and mentoring, requiring a monthly commitment of one to four days. Coaching sessions help identify personal development goals, build self-assurance, and improve performance, while mentoring fosters relationships with experienced leaders who can guide participants toward their leadership aspirations.

The programme is open to African women in mid- to senior-level roles across various industries. Applicants must commit to completing all components—Forum, training, coaching, mentoring—and submit assessed assignments to successfully finish the programme.
