Are you a passionate young ocean advocate ready to represent your country on a global stage? The Youth Loves Egypt Foundation is selecting its official youth delegation to attend the United Nations Ocean Conference 2025, set to take place from 9 to 13 June 2025 in Nice, France. This is a rare and powerful opportunity for dedicated individuals to take part in one of the world’s most important gatherings focused on ocean conservation, marine biodiversity, and SDG14: Life Below Water.

Young people selected for the delegation will have the unique chance to participate in high-level ministerial dialogues and scientific sessions that address critical issues affecting our oceans. From tackling plastic and emerging pollutants to promoting sustainable fisheries and protecting marine biodiversity, the conference is a platform for real solutions and lasting change. Delegates will engage directly with global leaders, scientists, and youth changemakers, helping shape the future of ocean protection and sustainable blue economy development.

This call is open to young individuals who have demonstrated a strong commitment to ocean preservation and are actively engaged in SDG14-related work. Applicants should be deeply invested in advocating for marine conservation, promoting climate resilience, or participating in local or global efforts to protect our seas. Whether they’re leading community initiatives, conducting marine research, or working on ocean education campaigns, this is their chance to make waves on the global stage.

Participants will gain access to exclusive conference sessions, network with high-level policymakers and international ocean experts, and amplify their voice within one of the most significant UN platforms focused on ocean sustainability. However, it’s important to note that while the Youth Loves Egypt Foundation is offering the opportunity to join their official ECOSOC-recognized delegation, the Foundation does not cover travel or accommodation costs. Selected participants will receive an official letter of confirmation and will be granted access to the conference under the Foundation’s umbrella.
