Call for Teaching Volunteers – Climate Education Project
Applications are open for educators who are passionate about advancing climate literacy and strengthening climate action within schools. The Climate Education Project is inviting dedicated teaching volunteers to support an initiative focused on equipping fellow teachers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to address climate change in their classrooms.
This initiative is built on the belief that empowering teachers creates a multiplier effect—strengthening climate awareness, inspiring responsible citizenship, and nurturing the next generation of climate leaders. By volunteering, selected participants will contribute to delivering climate-related learning sessions, sharing practical approaches to environmental education, and fostering meaningful conversations on sustainability within school communities.
The project seeks teachers who are motivated to make a tangible difference and are eager to collaborate with peers in promoting climate-conscious learning environments. Volunteers will play an essential role in guiding fellow educators to integrate climate topics into their teaching practices, encouraging informed dialogue and real-world problem-solving among students.
Educators who wish to take an active role in climate action and influence positive change in their schools are encouraged to apply. Interested applicants are required to complete the volunteer application form, beginning with Section 1: Personal Information, to express their interest and provide relevant details.
Through collective effort and shared commitment, the Climate Education Project aims to spark a ripple effect of awareness and action across classrooms and communities.
