Organized by the Nigerian Women in Agricultural Research for Development (NiWARD), the webinar will provide practical guidance on personal branding, digital networking, and online visibility for women working in science, research, agriculture, and related STEM fields. The session aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to strengthen their professional profiles, attract new opportunities, and expand their influence beyond traditional academic and research environments.

About NiWARD

NiWARD is a professional association comprising more than 200 African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) fellows, mentors, and mentees across Nigeria, alongside over 100 additional agricultural scientists. The organization works to strengthen scientific leadership, mentorship, and capacity development while promoting gender-responsive research and sustainable agricultural development throughout Africa.

Through its fellowship programmes, leadership initiatives, mentoring activities, and specialized training, NiWARD supports scientists in advancing research excellence and creating meaningful impact within their communities.
