Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be young professionals, entrepreneurs, or leaders who demonstrate a strong commitment to entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic cooperation between Africa and Europe. Candidates are expected to have professional experience in business, startups, civil society, or other sectors connected to economic development. Participants should also demonstrate leadership potential, a collaborative mindset, and the motivation to actively contribute to cross-regional dialogue and partnerships.

In addition, applicants must have a clear interest in strengthening international cooperation and creating meaningful impact in their respective industries or communities. The programme seeks individuals who are eager to exchange ideas, share expertise, and collaborate with peers from different cultural and professional backgrounds.

Eligible applicants must either come from or have been working for at least five years in one of the participating countries. These countries include Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Austria, Rwanda, Senegal, and Tunisia. Candidates from these countries are encouraged to apply if they meet the programme’s leadership and professional experience requirements.
