Applications are open for the Climate Beyond Borders Caravan 2026, a fully funded, pan-African initiative that brings together passionate young leaders, grassroots organizers, and environmental advocates to collaborate across borders in advancing climate justice and environmental protection. The programme is designed as a transformative journey that connects changemakers from different African countries, creating space for shared learning, solidarity, and coordinated action to tackle the continent’s most pressing climate challenges.

Through this unique three-month caravan experience, participants will engage directly with communities, strengthen their advocacy and leadership skills, and contribute to practical solutions that address climate impacts at local, national, and regional levels. The initiative emphasizes collective action, knowledge exchange, and movement building, ensuring that selected participants return home better equipped to influence policies, mobilize communities, and lead meaningful environmental change.
