Selected fellows will participate in a fully funded one-year leadership development program hosted by Harvard University. The fellowship includes customized leadership coaching, academic training, networking sessions, and mentorship from senior leaders in global health. Fellows gain access to Harvard’s world-class resources and receive funding to design and implement their own leadership projects with measurable community impact.

The fellowship is open to mid-career women professionals working in global health—whether in research, policy, academia, or practice. Applicants must have at least seven years of professional experience and demonstrate leadership potential, a proven record of impact, and a commitment to advancing women’s roles in global health systems. Candidates should be passionate about mentoring others, collaborating across sectors, and implementing projects that promote gender equity in health. The program especially encourages applications from women in low- and middle-income countries who are already influencing change within their institutions or communities.
