Selected participants will receive fully sponsored training, accommodation support, healthcare access, mentorship, and exposure to world-class AI and startup experts. Participants will work in teams to develop AI startups, validate business ideas, build minimum viable products (MVPs), and refine go-to-market strategies. High-performing ventures will advance to a four-month incubation phase and may pitch for up to $100,000 in pre-seed investment funding. The program also provides networking opportunities, leadership development, customer validation support, and long-term access to the MEST startup ecosystem and investor network.

Applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 30 and should have demonstrated software development experience, a basic understanding of artificial intelligence, and a strong interest in entrepreneurship. Candidates may apply with a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience. The program is open to applicants from West African countries, and participants should be ready to fully commit to the intensive residential program in Accra, Ghana. Applicants should also possess strong problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, innovative thinking, and willingness to work in a high-intensity startup environment. Previous entrepreneurial experience and AI innovation exposure are considered an added advantage.
