Applications are open for the SAP Young Professionals Program 2026, a prestigious global training initiative delivered by SAP’s Digital Skills Center. The program is designed to equip recent graduates with the technical expertise, professional certifications, and soft skills required to launch successful careers as SAP Associate Consultants. Through intensive training and career enablement support, participants gain valuable knowledge in enterprise technologies that are transforming businesses across the world.

The SAP Young Professionals Program is offered in selected countries and provides participants with free, full-time training over approximately two months. The curriculum covers key SAP technologies and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, Business Data Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Generative AI, and business process management. Participants are trained by SAP experts and are prepared to pursue careers within SAP’s extensive global ecosystem of customers and partners.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates receive internationally recognized SAP certifications and are introduced to employment opportunities within SAP’s partner and customer network. The program has enabled thousands of young professionals across more than 48 countries since its launch and continues to serve as a gateway into one of the world’s leading enterprise technology ecosystems.
