Schneider Electric Graduate Program 2025

The Schneider Electric Graduate Program 2025 is a 24-month rotational leadership development program designed to accelerate the careers of recent graduates in multiple fields, including engineering, supply chain, sustainability, and digital transformation. The program offers participants hands-on experience across different business functions, mentorship from senior leaders, and exposure to global projects, enabling them to develop leadership and professional skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

During the program, participants will complete three rotations of eight months each, allowing them to gain practical experience in various departments while contributing to Schneider Electric’s mission of sustainability and digital transformation. Graduates will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with international teams, and participate in training and networking sessions that prepare them for future leadership roles.
