This programme, established in 1997, aims to empower indigenous individuals with comprehensive knowledge of the UN system and human rights mechanisms, focusing on indigenous issues.
Programme Overview:
- Duration: Four weeks in Geneva, coinciding with the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples' annual session (June/July)
- Language: Training available in English, Spanish, French, Russian, and Portuguese
A Return flight ticket to Geneva, living expenses, and basic health insurance covered for selected candidates
