Applications are open for the 2026 Raisina Young Fellows Programme — a prestigious global leadership initiative jointly organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) and India’s Ministry of External Affairs, with nomination support from the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI).

Taking place in New Delhi, India, from March 2 to 11, 2026, the fellowship runs alongside the renowned Raisina Dialogue (March 5–7) — one of the world’s leading conferences on geopolitics and geo-economics.

This immersive, multi-stakeholder program brings together emerging leaders from politics, diplomacy, business, academia, media, and civil society to engage in deep dialogue on the global issues shaping our century. Fellows will explore cutting-edge topics such as technology governance, multilateral cooperation, sustainable development, regional security, and economic resilience through interactive sessions, expert briefings, and policy simulations.

Participants will have the unique opportunity to:
- Engage directly with senior diplomats, policymakers, scholars, and business leaders.
- Build strategic networks across continents.
