The Mandela Rhodes Scholarship provides full financial support for your education's essential expenses. It covers the cost of tuition for a two-year master's degree in any discipline or a one-year honours degree at an accredited South African university. Tuition and registration fees, travel expenses in economy class to and from your home country to your South African university at the start and finish of your degree, accommodations and meals, research and medical aid allowances, and personal allowance are all included in this.

Eligibility Criteria
Young African leaders who fulfil the following requirements are eligible to apply for the Mandela Rhodes Scholarship:
You have to be in the 19–29 age range.
You should hold an undergraduate degree with outstanding academic standing (above 70% or upper-second class honours) by January 1, 2026.
You must be an African national who is able to pursue postgraduate studies in English.
